Hi there! My name is Lauren and I am so excited to be a Travel Expert with The Adventure Awaits Vacations!
I have been traveling since before I could remember, and now I'm ready to help you make your next trip one that you will remember forever. I am a firm believer in investing in experiences over possessions! I love doing all things *new* so that I can be a resident expert for friends and family. I'm always the one people come to when they have a question or need a recommendation - so I guess I've been preparing for this Travel Expert role for quite some time! I believe that finding a travel advisor who you have something in common with will really help you plan the best trip possible, and maybe get some good "tried and true" recommendations along the way. So, here's some facts to get to know me! My husband and I met working at a local water-park so my love for parks is much higher than the average person! I love WDW as a travel destination and as a company. I have a really big admiration for Walt Disney! I am the mom to two boys, and we spend a lot of time involved in youth sports these days! As a family, WDW is our favorite vacation. I am currently at the stage where I want to take them cruising! I grew up LOVING family cruises so I am anxious to see how they like it! My favorite ride is now Guardians of the Galaxy, my favorite park is Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and coconut dole whip is my favorite go-to snack. I am also a HUGE Harry Potter (book and movie) fan! I recently visited Universal Studios Florida, and fell in love with frozen butterbeer and Harid’s Motorbike Adventure! My son also rode Velocicoaster 10 times on that trip! I am a really big number crunching nerd in my other life. I do think I speak in a numbers language better than words, but I love making a budget work! I know every person and family is different so whether you are looking for relaxation, fun, something new or something old I would love to help you plan your next vacation! |
