My favorite theme parks are Disneyland in Anaheim, CA, Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO, and Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in Santa Claus, IN where I actually worked as a ride operator for four summers during my college years! I have lots of hacks for beating crowds, finding shorter ride wait lines, and getting the best photos in theme parks.
My go-to, “easy button” vacation spot is Gatlinburg, TN! I grew up vacationing there and my family still plans trips there every now and then. We call it our “easy button” place because we can truly just book a hotel or pack a tent and show up without much thinking. We know what to do and what not to do in that town!
